Mat Pilates helps build muscles, endurance, strength, and well-being through low-impact exercise on a soft mat without special equipment. Pilates can be adapted to the body’s needs and capabilities at any stage of life to ensure joint flexibility, increase mobility, and alleviate stress on the lower back.

Led by Dennis Kimmage on Mondays from 12:00-1:00 pm, beginning March 19. Meets March 19, April 2, 9, 23, 30 May 7 & 14.
