People Plus Outreach Services provide information, social contacts, transportation, and reassurance for those who are lonely, isolated, or not able to leave home easily. Services are provided by staff, interns, and trained volunteers.

Outreach Services are available to all older adults residing in Brunswick, Harpswell, and Topsham.  Membership in People Plus is not necessary. These services may be requested for yourself or for others with their permission.
