Laughter is good for you! Come to the People Plus Laughter Club from 1:15-2:15 pm on Mondays beginning January 23, to relieve stress and improve your outlook. You do not need to have a sense of humor to laugh; you do not need to be happy to laugh; and you do not need a reason to laugh. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to laugh. No special equipment, clothes or physical prowess needed.
Laughter Clubs were started by an Indian physician in Mumbai in 1995, using intended laughter as a tool to improve health, increase a sense of well-being, and promote peace through personal transformation. Meets on Mondays from 1:15-2:15 pm beginning January 9. (Not meeting on Jan. 16 or Feb. 20 holidays.)
