Meditation for Well Being meets Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, guided by Stephanie Batterman and Karen Foley. Cost is $24 per month for People Plus members and $28 for non-members.  Please sign up by March 5 at 729-0757.  Low attendance could result in the class being cancelled.

Mat Pilates helps build muscles, endurance, strength, and well-being through low-impact exercise on a soft mat without special equipment. Pilates can be adapted to the body’s needs and capabilities at any stage of life to ensure joint flexibility, increase mobility, and alleviate stress on the lower back.

Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet - Ballet is more than tutus and toe shoes. It is a time-honored exercise practice that improves balance, coordination, flexibility, memory and more. This 4 week session will be slow enough for confident beginners and provide a gentle workout for those with some dance experience.  The cost for this class will be $40 for 4 sessions.  Please sign up early as there must be 4 students registered for the class to happen.
